Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time will incur a 50% service fee, including the loss of the deposit.
No-shows or day of cancellations will result in a 95% service fee charge, including the loss of the deposit.
After 15 minutes your appointment is considered a no show
